The HydroXpand HXB-V1 is a compact hydrogen production system combining an AEM electrolyser stack with electrolyte circulation, power conversion and operating controls. It is designed for research laboratories, technology development and small-scale hydrogen projects.
The system provides a nominal hydrogen output of approximately 500 litres per hour, equivalent to around 1 kg per day. The stack is rated at 2 kW, with total system power consumption of approximately 2.4 kW at the stated reference operating point.
Hydrogen drying and additional gas treatment are selected according to the application and are not included in the standard supply. Outlet pressure, gas quality requirements and any additional monitoring equipment are confirmed when defining the configuration.
